ChiefJudge Final Long Time Commission

This is a commission I did a while ago(over a year feb2015) for  Was holding back on posting it as per his request on coming up with some writing content.  

"Young and arrogant sorceress named Selena engaged in a magic duel with a mysterious woman, travelling through the lands where Selena lived. Overconfident that her infinite mana, granted by her magic mules, will bring her victory, she managed to put her opponent on the defence. Only towards the end of the duel Selena found that her opponent was just toying with her. But it was too late.

She conceded a powerful attack that broke her staff and rendered her unconscious. And when recovered, Selena found herself being at the mercy of her opponent. The mysterious champion wasn't interested in harming Selena in any way though. But she told that Selena needs to learn a lesson not to attack every opponent or this may not end well some time.

With those words she casted a spell that created two large wrist cuffs and a smaller pair of anklets. As they got snapped around Selena's wrists and ankles, the victorious sorceress explained that black gemstones of the cuffs will block Selena's natural magic powers. While the anklets will force her to remain barefoot all the time, making her unable to use her unique mana replenishing mules.

After that the mysterious woman continued her journey. Telling that someday she may return to free Selena when she learns how to behave properly. Selena tried to put on her mules but her new anklets blocked this. Tried to cast a spell but it was blocked too.

With all her strength she tried to take her anklets off, then switched to wrist cuffs and back again. She pulled, clawed, tugged at her new adornments, hit them with rocks but all this was in vain. Only then shocked Selena understood that with her magic powers blocked she is no stronger than an ordinary peasant.

Selena also hated to walk barefoot preferring to hide her small feet inside her mules. The understanding that her soft soles will have to get used to walking on rough ground as well as the fact that people will stare at her feet from now on was shocking to her almost as much as the loss of her magic powers.

But now she had to live with that, keeping in mind that her previously defeated opponents could retaliate. Even ordinary people became dangerous for her from now on."
